I. Limitations of use:
I.1 The items shown here are my personal creations. Visitation or purchase does not grant free use. Any distribution of my images or text without proper authorization or credit is a violation of these terms. Private use pictures to social media are the property of the owner with the understanding they are not for portraying the item as their own work.
I.2. This site is not intended to educate or inform. Any information metaphysical information provided on gemstones should be viewed as the classical association, not the scientific truth. It should not be copied or distributed as a fact.
I.2. Wholesalers purchases agree my logo will remain with the items purchased on display unless otherwise noted. If items are purchased for branded store inventory, credit to B Friend Creations should still be given though the use of “for” or “by.”
II. Limitations of Liability
I.1. Items listed on this site are not intended for any use other then the specified purpose. B Friend Creations and any party employed by it cannot be held liable for misuse of the items purchased. This includes injury or damage resulting from improper use of the item purchased.
II.2. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read product descriptions before purchasing. The purchaser has the right to ask questions for size verification and adjustments before purchasing. Returns, refunds or exchanges for not as described will only be granted in the case of the wrong item being shipped.
II.3. Items on this site have not be professionally appraised. In no manner can B Friend Creation or its owner be liable if an items insurable market value differs from purchase price. All gemstones and pearls have been purchased through a wholesaler. B Friend Creations depends on the knowledge of the suppliers for the authentication of all gemstones and cannot be held responsible for their misrepresentations should any occur.
III. Privacy and Account Usage
III.1. B Friend Creations does not offer account creation. In no manner does B Friend Creation store personal identifying information visitors or clients. Your email, address, and credit information are not recorded and will need to be submitted each time a purchase is made.
III.3. Certain demographics, such as location, time of visit, ect are created in partnership with Google. This information is not identifying in nature. It will not be sold by B Friend Creations for any reason and is only used to identify market trends to improve service and run regional sales.
IV. Shipping
IV.1. If an item will have a delayed processing time the purchaser will be notified via email of the delay. Delays may include items out of stock at the time of purchase or time to manufacture wholesale orders. The purchaser will be notified via email and given the option of canceling the order before manufacture.
IV.2. Items will ship only to provided address. B Friend Creations is not responsible for items not arriving due to the purchaser providing the improper information. Tracking is provided on all items. An item cannot be considered lost if tracking information shows delivery.
IV.3. Damages incurred during transport of the item(s) such as shipping are not the fault of B Friend Creation or its parties. Exchanges, full or partial refunds can be made available for such damage on an approved basis based on a review of the damages. Such cases will begin via email from purchaser informing of the damage with a picture. Returns of item will be at the cost of the buyer.
V. Returns & Cancellations
V.1 B Friend Creations reserves the right to cancel orders if an item is not in stock or if the item was improperly ordered to an area we do not currently ship. The buyer will receive notification via the provided email of the cancellation and the reason. A full refund of the purchase will be provided.
V.2. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once shipping information is received, the purchase cannot be canceled. If an item was purchased in error, please contact immediately to arrange for the cancellation of the order.
V.3, Exchanges, returns and refunds will be provided on a case by case basis. In all such disputes an email describing the request must be submitted within 3 days of verified delivery.
V.4. As stated in the Liability section, Returns for items not as expected will only apply to instances where the wrong item was shipped. B Friend Creations is not responsible for the purchaser not verifying the size of an item before purchasing it.
